Petersburg, Va - Petersburg Police confirm that the remains of Dr. David Primeaux were found yesterday in Charles City County.

The 62-year-old had been missing since Thursday night. We're told by police spoke to Primeaux over the phone Thursday night, but would not comment on why.

Authorities say it appears he took his own life, but an autopsy is needed to determine the cause and time of death.
