Richmond, VA—After several buildings in the Fan District were vandalized with the number "seven," a man suspected in the crimes has been arrested. Now, police are asking other victims to come forward.

Todd Foglesong is facing three charges for destruction of private property, and Richmond Police say more criminal charges could be on the way.

Foglesong is being called the "Seven Tagger," and he's accused of spray painting the word "seven" all over the Fan District. Residents say they've seen the vandalism for at least a month.

"What's the point? Basically, I don't know what they are trying to say," Fan resident Matthew Williams told 8News.

Many neighbors are irritated by the crimes, especially since the money to clean up the vandalism will likely come from taxpayers.

"I think it's just frustrating for me from a taxpayer standpoint," said Williams. "Honestly, because I know someone has to clean that up a lot of money......and I know that's my main concern."

8News spotted the tagging in four different locations in the Fan; now, police are looking for other properties that might have been impacted.

Residents who have had their property vandalized, or anyone with information about the crimes, is asked to call Richmond Police at 804-646-4105.
