Chesterfield, VA—Police are
investigating an incident near Remuda
Drive, in which a male victim was shot in the
buttocks.
Police
were called to the scene near the Dupont Square Apartments around 5:18 p.m.
Tuesday evening.
Officers
found one male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his buttocks. The
victim was transported to VCU
Medical Center
with non life-threatening injuries.
Drug
activity is suspected in connection with this incident, although officers
continue their investigation.
