Richmond, VA--Two accidents caused by a fuel spill on Powhite Parkway northbound caused delays Tuesday afternoon.
A total of five cars were involved in the wrecks, according to Rob Lawrence, Chief Operating Officer of the Richmond Ambulance Authority. The fuel spill extends from Powhite Parkway northbound near Chippenham Parkway before the toll plaza, to Interstate 195 north all the way to Interstate 95.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution while traveling in this area.
