Richmond Police are investigating a homicide that occurred Saturday afternoon.
At approximately 1:03 p.m., officers were called to the Coalter Street Apartments in the 1300 block of Coalter Street for the report of a person stabbed.
Officers found a male unresponsive in a parking lot from an apparent knife wound. He died at the scene. The Medical Examiner's Office will determine cause and manner of death.
Officers arrested Barbara R. Banks, 21, of the 1300 block of Coalter Street. Banks is charged with murder. Her photo is attached.
The victim has been identified as Keon J. Robinson, 27, of the 600 block of Westover Circle.
