Chesterfield, VA—A man has been arrested and charged,
after carrying a gun into a local elementary school. There were no injuries
with this incident.
Police say 33-year-old Michael S. O'Berry entered A.M.
Davis Elementary
School in Chesterfield
on Thursday, February 7, openly carrying a gun.
O'Berry completed his business inside the school's front office, and left
without incident.
On Friday, February 8, O'Berry, of 100 block of Ruther Road, was arrested and charged
with possession of a firearm on school property.
