CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - Police are investigating the death of a woman who was hit by a train in Albemarle County.
Police tell media outlets that the accident occurred Monday night near a quarry east of Charlottesville.
The Buckingham Branch Railroad train's crew reported the accident.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
