CHESTERFIELD, VA—An effort to revitalize a stretch of Midlothian Turnpike is booming with the growing development of a shopping center.
Construction at the "Spring Rock Green" shopping center on Midlothian Turnpike near Chippenham Parkway is booming as stores prepare to open.
The site's located across the street from the former site of Cloverleaf Mall.
Back in December, the area welcomed the largest Kroger in the Mid-Atlantic region.
It's all part of a growing effort to revitalize the area.
