A Norfolk-Southern train partially derailed in South Richmond Wednesday afternoon, but no injuries were reported.
Several cars derailed along the James River near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Hillcrest Road. According to crews on scene, the train was transporting coal. They said there were no immediate hazards to residents in the area.
