can of undrained mandarin oranges
1 cup flour, unsifted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix together: oranges, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and egg in same bowl. Put into a square 9" clear baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35mins.
Mix and heat butter and brown sugar until boiling and pour over the cake as you pull it out of the oven.
