Colonial Heights, VA- The juvenile female suspect accused in the brutal beating and death of Rusty Mack has been granted bond.

The teen girl, whose identity has not been released, was granted bond in court Thursday. She is charged with first degree murder and murder by mob.

Three other adults have also been charged in the case. Jonathan Brice Guy, 20, and Ashley Kate Mack, 19, are charged with first degree murder and murder by mob. Francis Joseph Blaha III, 20, of Colonial Heights, has been charged with murder by mob.

Police said the victim, 21-year-old Rusty Mack, was apparently coaxed from his apartment by Mack's estranged wife Ashley, Guy and the juvenile. Once Mack was outside his apartment, police say he was viciously beaten and kicked. When police arrived at the scene, they found Mack lying motionless on the ground.

The attack left Mack in a coma; he was declared brain dead Wednesday, February 27 and died the following afternoon.

The three adult suspects are being held with out bond at the Riverside Regional Jail.
