HENRICO, VA—Henrico County Police have arrested two people in connection with a 2011 shooting that left a 22-year-old man dead.

Terrance Craig Wallace, 21, of the 300 block of Airport Place, in Highland Springs, and Delante Vasean Rowe, 21, of the 6400 block of Lovely Court in Henrico County were arrested and charged Wednesday.

Both have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

The shooting happened in the early morning hours of August 18, 2011. Henrico County officers responded to the 300 block of Newbridge Road around 3:45 a.m.

22-year-old Isaiah D. Thompson was found dead in front of an apartment. He had shot in the torso.

Two other victims suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
