Officers
were called to the 5200 block of Hull
Street at approximately 1:43 a.m. on March 2. They
found Ramos on lying on the sidewalk; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police
are investigating the incident, and searching for the driver of the vehicle
involved in the accident. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime
