Spotsylvania,
VA—Three people were rushed to
the hospital Monday, after being stabbed multiple times at the Days Inn Hotel in
the 5300 block of Jefferson Davis
Highway.
At approximately 9:18 a.m., the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's
Office responded to the Days Inn Hotel for reports of an assault in progress.
When officers arrived, they found three victims who had been stabled multiple
times.
All three were transported to Mary Washington
Hospital for the stab
wounds, as well as a head injury. The victims are now in stable condition.
Initial reports from witnesses indicate that a large fight
broke out, involving several people.
An investigation of the incident is on-going, and police
have not released a description of the suspect(s).
