RICHMOND, VA--No one was injured when a fire broke out at a business on Hull Street early Thursday.
Fire crews responded just after 9:00 a.m. to a business in the 1300 block of Hull Street near 13th Street.
Crews temporarily blocked traffic on Hull Street between 13th and 14th Streets.
No one was in the building when the fire broke out, and no one was injured, according to fire officials.
