PETERSBURG, VA—Petersburg Police say a man found dead inside him home last Thursday was shot to death, and his death is now being investigated as a homicide.
William Monroe, 50, was found dead inside his Petersburg home Thursday, March 14.
Monroe was found dead inside his home in the 100 block of Summit Street at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
