RICHMOND, VA-- Richmond Police are searching for a gunman after a shooting in the city's East End left a man in critical condition Tuesday night.

It happened shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday on Oakwood Avenue.

Officers found the 21-year-old victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to VCU Medical Center; his name has not been released.

The shooting is the second in the city's East End in just two days.

Investigators say Dwayne J. Fleming, 27, was found shot to death Monday in a home in the 1800 block of North 28th Street, near Y Street. The gunman remains on the loose.
