Richmond, VA—A 27-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection to a homicide on North 28th Street on Monday night.

Cierra S. Brockenbrough of the 1900 block of Cedar Street was arrested on March 21 in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old Dwayne J. Fleming.

Fleming was shot dead in the 1800 block of North 28th Street in Richmond shortly after 6:00 p.m. on March 18. Police say that Fleming knew the suspect, and they believe the motive for the homicide was robbery.
