Fredericksburg, VA—A 68-year-old man was arrested and charged with unlawful display of obscene materials Wednesday night. Police say they received complaints from his neighbors about obscene photographs taped to the outside of his apartment door.

Police say the photos posted on the outside of Albert Frost's door featured full frontal female nudity. Other residents who use the hallway complained that the photos were in plain view.

Fredericksburg Police began to receive the complaints soon after Frost moved into the complex at the end of February.

Neighbors also reported that Frost made "disturbing and inappropriate sexual remarks" to them when they passed him walking outside.

On March 27 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Front was arrested near his home at Cobblestone Apartments. He is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail with no bond.

Anyone with information about Frost or these incidents is asked to contact Detective Ben Johnson at 540-654-5792.
