HENRICO, VA—Two people remain in critical condition after being wounded during a Wednesday shooting at a Henrico County house that injured three people.
Two men and one woman were taken to VCU Medical Center after being injured in a Wednesday shooting at a home in the 3500 block of Carlton Road.
Two male victims, both 26-years-old, suffered injuries to their upper body and are currently in critical but stable condition, police said.
A 27-year-old female victim suffered a non-life threatening leg injury, according to police.
Police responded to the home around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday. Nearby Ratcliffe Elementary School was placed on lockdown for 40 minutes during the incident. School was dismissed at the regular time.
At this time, no suspects have been taken into custody, and police are investigating the incident. The names of the victims have not been released.
