residents after a car was found up on blocks, after having its wheels and tires

The crooks struck sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning,
stripping the Infiniti of its wheels and tires. Neighbors say it had to be done
by a professional.
Steve Nuckolls, the car owner's landlord, says he's angry someone targeted
The Fan District Association says it's not aware of this ever happening
before, or at least not in the past 30 years.
Neighbors are hopeful camera in the area caught the incident on film.
