Cut avocados in half, remove seeds, and scoop out flesh into a bowl; discard peel. Immediately add lime juice (to prevent discoloration) and mash to desired consistency. Add remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips, mixing well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. To serve, spoon Guacamole into a serving bowl, garnish as desired, and accompany with crisp tortilla chips as dippers.
