RICHMOND, VA—Richmond drivers could see delays during their morning commute as one lane of Interstate 95 has been shutdown.
The right lane of I-95 northbound near Lombardy St (mile marker 77) is closed so crews may make repairs to the roadway.
The right lane is expected to remain closed until approximately 3 p.m. Monday as crews work to repair a ground hole.
