CHESTERFIELD, VA—Police have arrested two brothers in connection with the February armed robbery of two Chesterfield County convenience stores.
Chesterfield County police say the younger brothers robbed the Marketplace convenience store on Jefferson Davis Highway the morning of February 4.
Police say both brothers then robbed the Tobacco Hut on Iron Bridge Plaza later that evening.
Allen B. Anderson, 45, of Chesterfield, was arrested and charged with two counts each of robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a subject found not guilty by means of insanity.
Ralph M. Anderson, 47, of Chesterfield, was arrested and charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.
In both robberies police say the suspects displaced a gun. No one was injured.
Allen Anderson is being held without bond at Riverside Regional Jail. Ralph Anderson is being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
