Some Hanover County residents are cleaning up after severe storms Sunday afternoon and evening.

Up to 15,000 Dominion customers were without power, most in the Hanover and Mechanicsville areas after storms swept through. Atlee High, Chickahominy Middle and Cool Spring Elementary Schools are all opening on a two-hour delay Monday morning as a result.

Several trees came down during the severe weather, but no structural damage was reported. No injuries were reported.
