RICHMOND, VA—A Falls Church woman who Henrico County Police say led officers on a chase that spanned two jurisdictions before ending in Church Hill was arrested Thursday.
Iris N. Taylor-Cobb, 45, of Falls Church, was arrested and charged after police say she fled Henrico County Police, engaging officers in a chase that ended in Richmond's Church Hill neighborhood.
Henrico County Police responded around 1:00 a.m. Thursday to reports of a suspicious situation in the 2400 block of Allence Boulevard, near Gladys Lanes.
When officers arrived, they had a brief conversation with a female driver who sped off, engaging officers in a pursuit.
The pursuit ended in the city at North 24th Street and Burton Avenue.
Henrico County Police say drugs and drug paraphernalia were found inside Taylor-Cobb's vehicle.
Taylor-Cobb has been charged with DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, eluding and driving on suspended license.
No one was injured in the incident.
