Suspect Descriptions In Double Shooting In Henrico

HENRICO, Va - Early Saturday at about 2:20 a.m., Henrico Police were called to a residence in the 1700 block of Old Oakland Rd. in the eastern portion of Henrico for a shooting. Upon officers arrival they were able to locate one adult, male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds which required emergency medical transport to an area hospital.

Also, a teenage, juvenile male was located nearby with a gunshot wound. He, too, was transported to an area hospital for treatment. No information as to their condition has been released.

Henrico detectives are speaking with witnesses and are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this double-shooting incident. Two suspects in the shooting were described as follows:

A black, male 5'9'' - 5'11'' that was wearing a red shirt; and a black, male, 5'9'' - 5'11'' wearing a black polo style shirt. There is no further suspect description.

Police are looking for any information that witnesses may have seen or heard regarding this shooting incident, and are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
