Police ID Richmond Man Struck, Killed By Train

RICHMOND, VA—Police have identified the Richmond man who was struck and killed by a train under the Powhite Parkway early Saturday morning.

James Coutlakis, 51, was struck by the train at approximately 10:36 a.m. Saturday, police said. When officers arrived, they found Coutlakis deceased at the scene.

Police do not suspect foul play. The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.

The investigation remains ongoing.
