Juan Conde has been a member of Richmond's media community since 1988. Juan began his career as a radio personality at WCDX-FM. In 1992, after hosting overnight and evening shows, he was promoted to morning drive and hosted one of Richmond's top-rated morning shows for seven years. It was during those years Juan began his relationship with WRIC, first as Weekend Weather Anchor, then as an Entertainment Reporter.

In 1999, Juan joined the TV-8 family full-time as co-anchor of 8News at 6 and 8News at 11, and now anchors 8News at 5 and 5:30 as well.  Juan attended the College of William and Mary and Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a member of a number of professional and civic organizations. He spends his spare time with his family and enjoys golf.
