WASHINGTON (WRIC)—The debate
over the Washington Redskins' team name is reaching a fever pitch.
Today, team owner Dan Snyder and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell are
reportedly set to meet to discuss the team name and logo; the Oneida tribe will
meet with Goodell tomorrow.
Snyder has vowed to never change the name "Redskins," despite calls from
several Native American tribes to abandon the moniker.
