Three Hurt In I-95 Crash In Richmond

RICHMOND (WRIC) - Three people were injured after vehicle drove off of Interstate 95 in Richmond Monday morning, hitting a highway sign and some work equipment.

It happened at about 7:45 a.m. on northbound I-95 near the Belvidere Street exit. State Police officials said the driver of the vehicle will be charged with reckless driving.

The vehicle smashed through a highway safety corridor sign before striking some construction equipment parked off of the side of the highway.

The driver and two passengers were all transported to the hospital.
