CHESTERFIELD (WRIC) - An arrest was made Saturday in a shooting incident in May that left three people dead. The call came into Chesterfield Police at about 9:20 Saturday morning when someone identified 30-year old Jermaine Williams, on Midlothian Turnpike, as a suspect.
A brief pursuit ensued and ended a short time later on Southlake Blvd where Mr. Wiliams was arrested without incident. Both Richmond and Chesterfield officials are working this case, and Richmond does have conspiracy to commit murder charges against Mr. Williams.
Chesterfield also told 8News that there are charges that are pending in the county stemming form the brief pursuit today. We are working to get further details and will pass them along as they become available.
