Convicted Double Murderer Last Seen at Richmond Walmart

RICHMOND (WRIC)—The U.S. Marshals Service is searching for a 54-year-old convicted killer, who violated parole in Georgia and was spotted at a Richmond Walmart.
Zachary Byron Cobb is the primary suspect in the attempted abduction, robbery and sexual assault of an 18-year-old Georgia man. Cobb served nearly 30 years in prison for two murders in 1981.
Cobb was last seen at the Walmart at 2410 Sheila Lane on Sunday, Dec. 15, and a parole violation warrant was issued for him on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Cobb is believed to be driving a silver 2006 Toyota Camry with Georgia tags BUV-5838. He is a black male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and a scar on his chin.
