HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC)—The Hanover County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect(s) in a series of vandalisms that occurred over the weekend.
On the morning of Dec. 29, the Sheriff's Office received multiple reports from homeowners in the Battlefield Green subdivision that Christmas decorations in their yards had been vandalized. Other victims' car tires had also been slashed.
In total, more than 50 victims have been affected by these crimes.
The Sheriff's Office has increased patrols in the area and has gone door-to-door to help identify victims and collect information for its investigation.
