Home Invasion In Hopewell: Suspects Steal Video Game System

Hopewell (WRIC) – Saturday at about 11:15 am, three suspects forced their way into an occupied residence in the 300 block of S 13th Ave in the City of Hopewell. The suspects knocked on the door and when the victim answered it, they forced their way in, assaulted the victim residing in the home and stole a game system and games.

The first offender is described as a white male with a slender build, 16-20 YOA, 5'5"-5'6", wearing black shoes, blue jeans, and a navy blue in color zip up, hooded sweatshirt with a dark shirt under it.

The offender also had shoulder length dark hair. The other two offenders were only described as white males, 16-20 YOA, 5'8"-5' 10" and approximately 160 lbs. The offenders were last seen leaving the area in a "beat-up" gray in color vehicle. The vehicle was possible a late 1990 to a 2000 Ford Focus. They left the area in an unknown direction. The injuries to the victim were non-life threatening and no weapons were displayed during the incident.
