Hanover Convenience Store Robbed at Gunpoint

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC)—The Hanover County Sheriff's Office is seeking a man who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint early Saturday morning.

Around 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 4, a black male displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk at a convenience store on the 10100 block of Lewiston Road. Though no one was injured during the robbery, he managed to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, 18 to 25 years old and 130 to 150 pounds. During the robbery he wore black pants, a brown camouflage mask, a dark-colored baseball cap with orange lettering and a dark-colored jacket with a "Camaro" emblem.
