McLOUD, Okla. (WRIC)—A former Marine is facing murder charges after police say he killed his stepfather by giving him an atomic wedgie last month.
Officers say 33-year-old Brad Davis admitted to pulling his 58-year-old stepfather's underwear over his back and head, allowing the elastic band to wrap around his neck, suffocating him with his own underwear on Dec. 21, 2013. Davis told police a fight started after his stepfather, Denver Lee St. Clair, insulted his mother. Davis also struck St. Clair in the head.
According to The Oklahoman, medical examiners confirmed that St. Clair's cause of death was asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.
St. Clair's death was ruled a homicide; Davis is being held without bond at the Pottawattomie County jail.
