PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WRIC)—It's
no secret that vehicles left running to warm up in the cold weather are an easy
target for car thieves. For drivers in one Maryland county, leaving cars out in
the cold will cost them.
According to the Washington Post, the Prince George's
County Police Department reported that four cars were stolen from owners who
left their cars running on Tuesday morning; another four cars had been stolen
the same way just the week before.
