A security firm believes they've tracked down the mastermind behind that massive cyber-attack on Target was a teenager in Russia.
The breach compromised credit card numbers and the personal information of millions of Target customers.
The security firm InterCrawler says the malware was written by a 17-year-old with roots in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Experts say the first sample of the code was finished last March. Since then, they say more than 40 versions have been sold around the world and more breaches may be on the way as a result.
