CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC)—The Chesterfield County Police Department has identified the male suspect who used a cell phone to film a woman in a Kohl's dressing room on Valentine's Day.
Around 4:20 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, the victim was trying on clothes at the Kohl's on Midlothian Turnpike when she saw a hand holding a cell phone under the fitting room door. The woman yelled at the suspect, and then chased him through the store to the parking lot.
Police say the suspect was
able to get away in a blue newer model Volkswagen Passat. Shoppers say they
can't believe what happened but hope he's caught soon.
The man in the picture is
described as a white male, 20-28 years old, 6 feet tall weighing about 175
pounds. The victim says a Kohl's employee noticed what was happening and also
chased the suspect down before he got away.
Police say the investigation is ongoing at this time.
