The Richmond Police Department is investigating a double shooting that left one man dead in the city’s south side early Tuesday morning.
Around 1:19 a.m. on April 29, officers were called to the 2800 block of Montecrest Avenue, not far from the intersection of Route 1/Jefferson Davis Highway and Terminal Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
