Woman in Orange Wig Among Chesterfield Grand Larceny Suspects

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) - The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program is seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating two people suspected of committing grand larceny at Alexander’s Antiques.

On Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, a middle-aged black male and younger black female entered the store at 9131 Midlothian Turnpike and walked around for 20 minutes, behaving suspiciously. Employees reviewed security footage after the couple left and discovered the suspects had grabbed two antique clocks.

The male suspect wore a black leather jacket and black jeans. The female suspect wore a large orange wig.

Anyone with information about this incident, or the suspects’ identities and whereabouts, is urged to contact Crime Solvers by calling 804-748-0660 or texting “WATSON” followed by the tip to 274637. A cash reward of up to $1,000 is available for tips that help law enforcement.
