Man Allegedly Took Upskirt Photos of Women at Chesterfield T.J. Maxx

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -

The Chesterfield County Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a male suspect who allegedly used a cell phone to take upskirt pictures of women without their consent at a T.J. Maxx store in early April.

Around 4:20 p.m. on Friday, April 4, surveillance cameras at the T.J. Maxx at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike captured images of the suspect taking upskirt photos of at least two women, who appeared unaware of his actions. The suspect left the store when approached by employees.

The suspect is a black male who is roughly 40 to 48 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He had short hair at the time of the incident.
