CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) - Three adults have been displaced after a fire broke out at their home Friday night in the 10500 block of Reedy Branch Road in Chesterfield County.

Officials said firefighters received the call just before 11:30 p.m. and when they arrived on scene there was a significant blaze in the rear of the house. It took crews about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.

No one was injured, but three people were displaced. They are being assisted by the American Red Cross.

Officials believe the fire might have started in the kitchen, but fire marshals are investigating to determine an exact cause.
