Richmond Police Seek Suspect Who Robbed CVS at Gunpoint

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) - After a CVS store was robbed at gunpoint this weekend, Richmond Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate the suspect.

Just before 9 p.m.  on Friday, June 13, police say a man walked in the CVS at 6807 Forest Hill Avenue and robbed an employee at gunpoint.

Although no one was injured during the incident, the man stole money and prescription drugs.

The surveillance video captured during the crime shows the suspect walking in; he is a black male wearing what appears to be a black or dark-colored T-shirt.

Anyone with information that may lead to the suspect is asked to call Third Precinct Detective William Cutshall at (804) 646-1068 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
