RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -
Our forecast high is 99° and when you factor in the humidity it will feel like its near 105°. We will see sunny to partly sunny skies for the majority of the day but there is a chance of an isolated thunderstorm or two, mainly west of Richmond from 4 to 7 p.m.
We will have another sultry night with lows in the middle to upper 70s.
Wednesday will start off with partly sunny skies and it will be another very hot and humid day with highs in the middle to upper 90s but there is a good chance of afternoon thunderstorms from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.. Some of the thunderstorms might produce heavy downpours and gusty winds.
The heat will continue for Thursday and Friday with highs around 90 under partly sunny skies. There is a chance of a few scattered afternoon thunderstorms each afternoon. Looking ahead to the weekend, the sunshine will remain but so will the heat with highs in and around the lower 90s. ______________________________________________________________________________
