"Fatoumata Coulibaly has been located and she is safe. She was in New Jersey. Our investigation revealed she voluntarily left her residence," the tweet from Henrico Police sent July 9 at 2:19 p.m. read.
According to a release from Henrico Police, Henrico Police Detectives were contacted by Newark, New Jersey Police on Wednesday afternoon, advising them that Coulibaly had come to their police station. She wanted to verify that she was safe, knowing that she had been reported missing in Henrico County.
"Our investigation revealed she voluntarily left her residence," the release read.
