RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -
Following a homicide in Richmond Saturday, police have identified the victim in the incident as well as made an arrest. Around 11:34 p.m. the evening of August 9, Richmond Police officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike. Upon arrival, officers discovered 58-year-old Chong Kyu Han of Chesterfield suffering from a gunshot wound.
Han died at the scene.
On August 10, a person of interest was arrested in the crime. Arthur L. Moore, 27, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Police believe that robbery was the motive in this crime.
