Recipe from Jenny Facer-Marsh of Ohio
8 to 10 large potatoes
1 medium white onion minced
1 stalk celery minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup slaw dressing
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard.
Wash and cube potatoes, cook in salted water until a fork can be easily inserted. Clean and mince onion and celery. In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, slaw dressing and mustard with onions and celery. Set in refrigerator until potatoes are finished cooking. Drain water off potatoes, allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add potatoes to bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
