Recipe from Linda Howerton of Louisiana
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound pork loin cut into bite size pieces
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup cut onions
1 cup cut celery
1 lg. tin diced tomato
1 sm. tin tomato paste
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and stew for the day on medium. Keep an eye on it though depending on your cooker. Add whatever spices you like (I use Toni's seasoning). Serve with garlic toast.
